| Download and Installation Instructions |
- On your computer, start the "Palm Desktop® for CLIÉ" software.
- Click the "Install" icon.
- At "Install Tool" window, select the desired username from the user list.
- Click the "Add"... button.
- Navigate to the location where you saved the update file and select the CLIEFILES_ENUS_INST.PRC file and then click "Open".
- Click the "Done" button. The update module will be installed at the next HotSync® operation.
- Connect your CLIÉ handheld to the computer and perform a HotSync operation. The update files will be installed.
- After the HotSync operation, a dialog box appears, prompting you to reset your CLIÉ® handheld. Tap "Reset".

| Confirm a Successful Installation |
- Tap the "Home" icon.
- Tap the "Menu" icon and select "CLIÉ Launcher".
NOTE: Select "App" if using Standard view and select "App".
- Tap "Info..." from the "App" drop-down list.
All internal data information is displayed.
- Tap "Version" at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down the list of file names. Verify that the following file name and version is shown as follows:
CLIE Files v.1.1.2
NOTE: If the version number listed is not 1.1.2, please download and install the update again.
- Tap the "Done" button to exit.
