What does this do?
This program updates the Intellisync Lite program and resolves the following issues:
The ability to set date ranges is missing in the To Do List and Date Book advanced configuration.
Recurring date book events are unintentionally deleted.
Important Notes
This download file is large, 6.28MB. Make sure you have adequate space on your PC to save the download file.
This update applies only to users who synchronize their CLI&Eacut®g; handheld with Microso®g; Outlo®g; 2003, and does not apply to users who sync their CLIÉ handheld with Palm Desktop for CLIÉ, Lot®g; Organizer, or versions of Microso®g; Outlook applications preceding Outlook 2003.
Make sure Microso®g; Outlook 2003 software is installed on your PC and has been started at least onc™li>Make sure that Palm&t™esktop for CLIÉ™ and Intellisync Lite are both installed on your PC from the installation CD-ROM supplied with your CLIÉ handheld.
Confirm that the PC is configured to be able to perform a HotSy®g; operation. (For detailed information about HotSync operation, refer to the CLI&Eacut®g; handheld Read This First manual.)
To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
Download and Installation Instructions
Navigate to the location to which you saved the update file.
Double-click the INTELLISYNCLITE_U42277_42.EXE file to start installation.
Respond to the prompts and click through the installation process.
At the conclusion of the installation you will be prompted to run the Intellisync configuration. Respond to the prompts and specify synchronization with Microso®g; Outlo®g; software.
Confirm a Successful Installation
Connect your CLI&Eacut®g; handheld to your PC and perform a HotSync operation.
Inspect the Address Book, Calendar, Notes, and To Do items in O™and on the CLIÉ™ handheld to verify that synchronization is working correctly.
Click the Intellisync Configure icon from the desktop. The Intellisync Configuration window is displayed.
At the Intellisync Configuration window, click the About button. A panel will appear that contains version information.
Verify the version information is listed as: "Version 4.00.00 (Build 422.77_42)." NOTE: If the version number is not "Version 4.00.00 (Build 422.77_42)," please download and install this update again.
